I was always been fascinated by history and the Order of the Kinghts Templars is still one of my favourite so, i decided to make a journal for that matter. I kept the covers simple (i call it "the monastic way") while the endpages are a little more decorated. More details below:
- sewn endbands (cotton - 100% cotton);
- blank white paper 80 gsm.;
- 25 gatherings = 400 pages;
- painted endpages - gouache (Maimeri) and varnish. I was trying to create the design for the endpages in a medieval style;
- natural white leather for the spine;
- cover wrapped in cloth (cotton cloth with 2 layers of acrylic gesso and gouache paint. After that, varnish was applied on both covers, completely);
- size: 15,0 x 21,7 cm - 5.9 x 8.5 inches (A5 format);

Intotdeauna am fost fascinat de istorie iar Ordinul Templier inca ramane unul dintre subiectele mele preferate astfel incat, am decis sa creez un jurnal dedicat acestui lucru. Am pastrat copertile simple (am denumit acest lucru „stilul monastic”) in timp ce forzaturile au fost mai mult decorate. Mai multe dtalii, mai jos:
- capitalband cusut (bumbac - bumbac 100%);
- hartie alba neliniata 80 gr.;
- 25 de fascicule = 400 pagini;
- forzaturile pictate manual - guasa (Maimeri) si vernis. Am incercat sa creeez un design al forzaturilor care sa aminteasca de stilul Evului Mediu;
- piele naturala alba pentru cotor;
- copertile au fost imbracate in panza (panza de bumbac peste care au fost aplicate 2 straturi de gesso alb, guasa pentru desenul central si vernis la final, aplicat peste intreaga coperta);
- dimensiune: 15 x 21,7 cm (format A5);
